A Criminal Stole my onlineeducator.biz domain

This is a notice to the public. The domain I created [made up name of] and bought years ago of onlineeducator.biz and put some of my original sketches on of human development on, was stolen by a criminal with the help of money-laundering tricks by hosting company staff who apparently swapped around cards of mine that they held on file in violation of the terms of Visa and Mastercard. I did not not renew it, nor did I receive any notice about the efforts of criminals to steal it. I did not transfer it nor ask for the auth code of it. I did not and do not consent for it to be transferred to anyone. This is my public protest of unethical and illegal activities by criminals who were not at any time authorized on my account,but who somehow gained access to it. I am reasonably sure it was not an accident since I have written documentation that I renewed that domain on April 16,2011. Be very cautious when you make any purchase of anything on the internet to make written on paper documentation about it since if criminals can break into your acct they could also assess your transaction history. I do have written on paper documentation and I have documentation of financial transactions. Celebrate 4th July & Liberty; & vote NO to Kagan

This is a reminder that the nominee Kagan is NOT prolife and any person on the Supreme court should be. I know that none on it are so far, though some of them are pretenders. But if the nation is to endure there has to be some genuine Justices on that Court who care more about the innocent humans in the womb than they care about anything else. Congress vote NO to Kagan because she is not prolife and she is opposed to the citizens owning guns as allowed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution. Remember that the goals of the founders of this nation were to prevent a government being able to seize private property and take over by military might any city, province, county or household in the United States. There is a reason why the second amendment is important and that reason is that it arms the citizens against invasive government. Kagain is not a good nominee. Her sense of humor that she used to try to avoid confrontational issues is not a qualifier for that high court. She has not said anythng that indicated that she would put the Constitution as written first in her decisions but did say statements that indicate she would put the democratic party's goals first and foremost in her decision-making. Just vote NO to Kagan for the sake of the unborn and the nation. Also, when you are celebrating this July 4th remember to lift up this nation in prayer to THE ALMIGHTY GOD,because only GOD could save this nation from destruction. Obama is not GOD, though it is apparent that he thinks he is. False gods destroy nations according to scripture . Every civlization that began to worship a human was destroyed at some point in time. Read the history books of Alexander 'the great' of Greece, and of Caesar and of Rome that believed their Emporers and Caesars were 'divine' and also the countries that worshipped photos and statues of Stalin, Hitler, --all only humans, -- and see what happened to those nations. Warning about scams of godaddy.com

I have created a page for one of my new domains of gloriapoole-paintings.biz and it won't publish. Godaddy.com is a notorious theft of money paid in and they scam the people who buy domains from them by stealing the money for their purposes and putting up godaddy.com ads for s-e-x and other perversions. When I tried four or five times to publish the site with my name on it that I bought and paid for, weeks ago mid January, the godaddy messages says the site is being set up. But that is a trick-- a scam of their that they do routinely, because this domain was bought and paid for WEEKS ago and the whois info has already populated through the internet. Why does godaddy always try to steal domains after their customers [me] pay for new domains? Could it be because they are plain rotten company? Notice to godaddy.com and their band of hoodlums, scalawags,and sodomites: I am going to start copying my correspondence with godaddy.com to the criminal division of the US Dept of Justice for cybercrime and to the FBI. Because your scams are going to end one way or the other! Also I uploaded my photo of me last evening and apparently it was stolen by the criminals working for godaddy.com . GET IT BACK --find it. I have my paintings,sketches,and drawings in pencils also with me. I am correcting my websites to reflect this change in my life. I am editing this to add back my name to it since I Gloria Poole painted it. Today when I logged into my account to edit this after discovering that all the words that went along with this painting were deleted by cybercriminals, I had to click yes about 100 times to get past the many attempts by apparently the Denver Police Dept to prevent me from writing on my blog. The Denver Police dept that is as corrupt as hell, hates for anyone to point that fact to the public. This painting has something to do with them because they came to my tiny aprt to ask me questions about my second exhusband whose name is Dana Ben Pappas and if I believed him to be violent. I know for certain he is violent as I have eleven pieces of metal in my ankle and fibula because of his violence. This painting was on the floor drying when they came here and they saw it, and they positively know for certain who I am and that I painted this painting. When I wrote the entry on another of my blogs at http://onlineeducator.biz about the article about the Denver Police being corrupt, they sent two Denver Police Officers here again to try to intimidate me and to 'warn me' about putting my paintings on the web, and to ask me facetiously if I was taking my medicine? I don't take any medicine--they imply that they think I should for having the audacity to question crooked cops and to protest violent men on cocaine being allowed to run loose. I Gloria Poole am a Registered Nurse and an artist in oils and I painted this painting, and this blog belongs exclusively to me,though it seems that godaddy.com often allows criminals and cybercriminals to hack into it, since when I put this entry here to begin with, there was another set of words along with it. I also protest the hacking into my accounts by criminals on cocaine and cybercriminals, and I am adding this content to make that perfectly clear to all.

I think Dana Ben Pappas killed District Attorney Sean May of Denver CO

I am posting this page here because today the Denver Post asked for information from the public that would help the Denver Police find the murderer of Sean May. I think the murderer of Sean May, who was the District Attorney of Adams County, is Dana Ben Pappas a male who works for the Jews who own Lake Steam Baths on W Colfax Street in Denver. I tried to tell them in their comments but the wicked tried to censor it because he is a demoncrat.

I think he murdered Sean May for these reasons:

1) he said he was going to "shoot that [profanity ] Probation officer" in July 2006;and I reported that to the Probation Officer at the time, and again to the Courts. Also a district Attorney called me to tell me he had received my complaint about Dana Pappas but someone erased that message from my answering machine when I was out..

2) he has two shotguns at the man's house that he shacks up with on Newton Street in Denver, Co

3) he is a violent, crazy man with proof of that in at least three courtrooms in two Counties in Colorado; Denver and Arapahoe. I attested to his violent, wild-man behaviours and am willing too again.

4) he is on cocaine and has been for more than 13 years according to his own testimony in Court last July 2007 when he said that was his 'reason' for not being able to pay the bills for the injuries he caused me when he was violating the mandatory restraining order against him.

5) he buys cocaine in many counties;

6) he has been a criminal for the past 25 years according to his mother whose name is Doris Parsons, or Doris Pappas, or Doris something or may be some other name. She also had not proof of ID in 2005.

7) Sean May lives in North Denver where Dana and his shack up live.

8) The description of the killer wearing khaki shorts, a T Shirt and tennis shoes fits Dana's every day 'uniform ' he wears to Lake Steam Baths to appear sexy to his so -called 'clients'.

9) Dana Ben Pappas is the most evil man I ever met and the most ungodly with the most vile language ever heard anywhere. He profanes GOD's name and he does it in front of children.

10) Dana Ben Pappas hates children and his eyes lit up when he thought the TV was going to give lurid details of the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey, and he said he used to work in Boulder.

11) I thought about this after resting for a while and think it may provide clues: Dana said he was afraid 'the S.W.A.T team would kick in our door' in Feb of 2007, and when I asked him why he said that, he made no reply. Also, he said he hit and seriously injured somebody with his car at about the same time.

12) Also the same answering machine on my landline phone that had the message from the District Attorney when I first moved here to this building in July 2008 or soon thereafter; had an attempt to burn through the cord when i was out of the building, and I showed that to the owner of this building where I rent living quarters.

13) Dana buys 'wigs' to wear when he wants to change his identity. He told me that and I was with him once [when still married to him, but now divorced] when he went to a shop on Broadway to buy a long curly black hair wig, that was long enough to curl on the nape of his neck.

I have considered this a long time, trying to tell someone and I wanted to tell the Courts but the Judges prohibited me telling this in the civil divorce case saying it was 'not relevant' to divorce. I think if I don't tell it, then I will always wonder if Dana would get away with more crimes and if he would kill more people. I think he is very dangerous and I think he would kill.

I think the prosecuter Sean May had something to prosecute Dana for and Dana killed him because of it.

This is a warning notice to the general public and to specific people. I have blocked the comments and the trackbacks on purpose because they contained some bad stuff. Also, I have notified the FBI and the US Dept of Justice about them, and also the hosting company.

My work that is my own, and not paid work for anybody else, is always decent and may always be read by or looked at by anyone. However bad people in an effort to force the hosting company to take down my website or shut down their server added 4500 comments of illegal content to my 'trackbacks" and comments. I was appalled when I saw how horrible some of them were and how perverse some peoples' minds are. I contacted the Law Enforcement agencies with permission to investigate those trackbacks with the info I provided them. I am not going to tolerate evil. I am not politically correct and never intend to be that wicked way. If you post or send illegal or immoral content to me, then it will be reported; and GOD willing you will go to prison. I will help accomplish that of you going to prison, if at all possible by submitting the trackbacks and comments content from the blog that I am referring too, and by my testimony in Court if necessary. Do NOT send illegal or immoral content on, or to, or via with the 'contact us' of any website or blog of mine; or attempt to hijack my blogs or websites. I do not suffer fools.

TMobile is "retrofitting" their fone blog which includes mine too.

This is an FYI notice to the public. I know that my TMobile foneblog is somewhere but where? I when I spoke with them today, they said it is because they are changing the software for everyone's and it is sort of a transistion. I understood that, having installed software before that I thought would be as simple as 123, to find out it was more like 100000 X [999999999/7]+878458730921 x n factor ! Denver is a very awful, ungodly place that has no respect whatsoever for the Ten Commandments of GOD. But they have not won so far, and I know that GOD defeats the devil everytime! I love TMobile and one of the reasons is that they have a wonderful slogan for life! I like supporting good companies. And T_Mobile seems like a win-win in every way to me. Thank GOD for the Germans and French nations where that is home-based!

But there are some companies I dislike; and resent being forced into doing business with that seemed to be good in the beginning but turned out to be bad. Of course, some would say in the free market [free enterprise system] no one is forced to do business with anyone. And that is certainly true. Sometimes however when you have a longevity record with a company and some name recognition for the brand involved whether it is a person's own name as in my case, [gloria poole] or a product that their work depends upon [vendors for producing something else] even slightly it is a more difficult decision to make changes. But if that company is outright wicked, it is easier to decide. I do not want to ever support with my money a company known to be wicked. There are several verses in the Bible about having no fellowship with the wicked, and to not seek to want to be with them or like them. I encourage you to look up those Scriptures and if you can't find them, let me know and I will tell you where to find them. Searching the Scriptures will transform your life. I prefer the King James Holy Bible.

Announcing the restoration of my born with name.

I am writing on my blogs and websites to announce that I have officially divorced and have resumed my born with, birth right name of Gloria Poole, via the Arapahoe County District Court of Colorado, and a Judge's order that I may resume my name. It is done! It is my name again but of course it always was my name and is on a ton of work and that is so in paintings,writings, blogs, websites, and professionally. I have to correct it with the Board of Nursing so that it is proper there, but they should know that since it was my name when I came to Colorado. It is who I am, and it defines me far better than that previous married name did anyway.

Oh, yea I know that a lot of folks think anonymity is better but I think not. Because my name is on my paintings and my writings,and a career of nursing and therefore it is best that I continue in my name.
Also, I am hoping to have solved some of the problems of the uploader and when I get "roundtuit" I am going to upload some more of my paintings. I am in the process of painting a mountain scene for a friend and it has taken me longer than any other painting than I have ever done before, because the mountains are not in my blood so to speak. I am a coastal state person, and that is a different way of life and a different persona altogether. Mountains are cold and granite, not yielding. I know that is what makes some folks love them and I suppose for snow-skiing they're just the thing, but for us folks that grew up amongst oceans and beaches, and tides coming in and going back out, and sand-dunes, and sea gulls, and barefoot walks on the beach in the setting sun time, and riding in boats and water-skiing,it is a HUGE change of pace and reality. Still working, still painting and still in Denver, zip 80203!

This entry is sort of a holding my place entry. I am still living in Denver Co zip code 80203 and have changed my mailing address to protect my mail and my self! and working, painting, writing and achieving as much as possible, with computer equipment [my own computer after I ran the defrag software seemed to ruin it! ] that is not stellar. I am thankful for the loan of this computer however! And hope to have my own computer working with the internet service that costs a fortune in due time!

As for my paintings, I have some new ones -seven--that are not even photographed or dry yet. I am still working on the ethnic series and so far have 16 paintings of those completed. I am getting to the point that in order to expand my work and just keep up, I am having to think of some solutions like maybe giving academic credits for an internship position for those who could and would photograph my paintings, preserve the copyright for me and get them uploaded to my websites. I am completing a lot of work but marketing it and getting paid for it, seems to be a problem with nearly every artist I have ever met. I am not different in that respect. I am overwhelmed with the potential but getting it from the potential stage of painted paintings to sold paintings, is not an easy task. I am looking to find a local gallery that will help me. If anyone knows of a solution to that, please contact me via email on any website or by telephone. My cell phone numbers are listed in directories { I think but nothing seems certain anymore]. I am not giving any blanket waiver to photocopy or make images of my work with this statement. I own the copyright to all of my paintings their images and also my writings. I wish I had the paintings on disc and could upload them. Be patient please. I just read not long ago in the Denver news that an artist commissioned by Denver took years to complete a work. I complete the work quickly, especially if portraiture, but getting the images uploaded is another talent and task. I photograph them well enough but that uploader thing has gotten on my nerves!

Hey, y'all, I am determined to add my images of my paintings to this blog

This blog is going to have my ethnic series of paintings on it, in time. Be patient. The forces of h_--- hate my paintings because they represent the idea that creativity is from GOD. I painted seven paintings in oil that are of people from different nations,in their native costumes; and I want to add them to this blog. I have other works that were displayed in the Eskine Caldwell Museum in Newnan GA and also a huge painting entitled Angel with Guitar in the St Simons GA Museum, [it was framed for that purpose and was given to them, for that purpose]. More on this subject later.

I have tried several times to add the images and I am hoping that this time the software works properly. It requires downloading and uploading and some times there is a glitch in it or the copyright issues. However, I own my paintings and my name and my work and own all the rights to my work. There is no other person or group authorized to put images of my work on anything but me, therefore the copyright is to protect me from thieves and not to protect me from displaying my own work. There is a difference.
